Dennis Wholey speaks with Ambassador of the Republic of Cabo Verde, José Luis Rocha. Their discussion swiftly walks through the country’s history, culture and people as well as the regional role the country plays in West Africa. Additionally the Ambassador addresses concerns about Ebola and explains why New England has a concentrated presence of citizens from the Republic of Cabo Verde.
