Their conversation explores the unique mix of cultures found in Djibouti and how its unique location on the "Horn of Africa" has impacted its development. Additionally, the conversation touches on Djibouti's relationship with the United States and the region as well as the Ambassador's goals while in the United States.

This week Dennis Wholey speaks with the Palestine Liberation Organization's (PLO) Chief Representative in the United States, Ambassador Maen Rashid Areikat. During the conversation the Ambassador explains the PLO's perspective on the history and current state of relations between Israel and Palestine. Additionally, he talks about the daily life of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza. The interview offers excellent insight into the concerns of the Palestinian people.
